Lance Mumby of CruiseAlong has arranged a significant number of cruises and related travel and accommodation requirements for us over a period of about 10 years. Knowing our likes and dislikes he always provides honest commentary on options that we may have researched before consulting. He always responds promptly to emails and messages and, once a path forward is agreed, he executes without delay. He also seeks to get the best financial outcome for the client and has, on several occasions, recommended the client initiated option rather than working through agent channels. All in all, a knowledgeable travel agent for whom the customer comes first.

Lance is an absolute expert when it comes to cruising, which is why I’ve chosen him to handle our cruises. Unfortunately due to COVID we haven’t been able to go on any lately but I’ll be speaking to Lance when the time comes again to rebook.
