Lance Mumby of CruiseAlong has arranged a significant number of cruises and related travel and accommodation requirements for us over a period of about 10 years. Knowing our likes and dislikes he always provides honest commentary on options that we may have researched before consulting. He always responds promptly to emails and messages and, once a path forward is agreed, he executes without delay. He also seeks to get the best financial outcome for the client and has, on several occasions, recommended the client initiated option rather than working through agent channels. All in all, a knowledgeable travel agent for whom the customer comes first.

Prompt and honest response to any problems and queries. Lance has always been very friendly and has given personal and accurate service, his dealing with problems associated with the covid 19 pandemic was very much appreciated.

Lance has always tried to get the best possible deal for us, whether it be airlines or cruises. His advice has been invaluable. In difficult times Lance has managed to stay on top of the ever changing situations of travel. With all the cancellations in the past two years, this must’ve been a very difficult time for him.
