Lance Mumby of CruiseAlong has arranged a significant number of cruises and related travel and accommodation requirements for us over a period of about 10 years. Knowing our likes and dislikes he always provides honest commentary on options that we may have researched before consulting. He always responds promptly to emails and messages and, once a path forward is agreed, he executes without delay. He also seeks to get the best financial outcome for the client and has, on several occasions, recommended the client initiated option rather than working through agent channels.
