Since I was a young child, I have been obsessed with holidaying. I have always enjoyed planning holidays almost as much as going on them! After 20 years as a Primary School Teacher, I have decided to follow my passion for travel.
My interest in planning holidays for children with special needs and large families led me to further study. I became certified in 2024 having completed a Certificate III in Travel. I have a keen interest in finding accessible travel options for those with additional needs.
I am committed to helping all travellers, no matter what their special needs or requirements are to embrace the joy of travelling.

My Personal Travel Experience
As a mother of 7, including a child with Autism I have developed a keen interest in travel for large families and those with additional needs. Though, that is not to say I don’t enjoy a couple’s getaway with my husband when we can.
I am a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program which is making wonderful gains worldwide in the travel industry. Great progress is being made with airlines, airports and travel companies training their employees to recognise and cater for travellers with hidden disabilities. I am dedicated to helping families of children with additional needs embrace the joy of travel. I can provide social stories and sunflower lanyards for those who would benefit from extra support prior to and during travel.
